Another Sign of the Times: Virtual Incorporation

If virtual practice sounds cool, how does virtual incorporation sound? Last year, Vermont's Gov. Douglas signed a bill that shakes up traditional requirements for the formation of companies, essentially paving the way for easy (and legitimate) legal creation of virtual companies. Forget about physical headquarters or in-person meetings, that's so pre-2008....
Lawyers Linsey Krolik, Paul Gillies and I have co-authored a book, Virtual Incorporation: A Lawyer's Guide to the Formation of Virtual Corporations, on this cutting-edge subject, and it's now available as a pre-release at the American Bar Association Web Store.
Would love to know what you think about the concept of virtual incorporation and hear your feedback about our book! Please leave a comment below or visit our site www.VirtualIncorporationLaw.com.
