Report Says Telework Tripled Over Past Decade in Certain Professions

Drawing from U.S. Census data and private sources, The Conference Board finds in a new report,The Incredible Disappearing Office: Making Telework Work, that teleworking has more than tripled in certain industries, like technology and insurance, and it has come close to doubling among all non-self employed full-time U.S. workers in the last decade.  For employees who telework or wish to telework in the future, for convenience, flexibility, cost-savings or otherwise, this news bodes well for continued industry support of such work arrangements.

For people interested in a travel / digital nomad lifestyle, telework may be the perfect solution.
